Do I follow my heart ?

Today I just asked this quest'n to self, do I follow my heart, and I think hardly anytime. I have always made my heart to follow me, my heart most of the time compromises infact somebody always have to unless you are a complete free sole.

I can't follow my heart completely, I can't, infact nobody can. Just learning if I can follow the heart upto the exceptable level which shouldn't affect my identity negatively.

But... Steve Job says follow your heart !
