Play Game...

Today I went to Google on call along with my manager. As usual as other manager does even my manager keeps telling me many stories, obviously the intention is to provide feedback and teach me many things that he feels I am lacking at. I am happy to have a manager who keeps telling me many thing where I need to improve, he hardly appreciates me however I can figure out where he things I am good, so that's enough for me as I know my manager 'plays a game' by not appreciating.

Today he told me; Shiven you need to learn how to play games with people, you should know how to take care of situation and problem, you shouldn't be honest everytime, it's not good for you. And he keep talking and I was listening to him appreciating what he is saying with my gestures and smiles. He was happy with all my non verbal communications as I was sincerely listening to him and acknowleging him.

He was teaching me how to play game, and I was playing it. I wasn't honest even this time !

Not every game contains shrewdness ! :)

Sometimes you don't know all the games people play with you...!

Business Class

Today when I entered the Jet's Boeing 737 to transport myself from Indore to Hyderabad I never knew that I will get into an argument with a fellow passanger on if A is window seat or C is. The guy who must be a couple of years or more elder than me was sitting on my window seat with a 'C' labelled ticket. I tried to explain him (well I may be writing like this but I wasn't so easy also that time) but he refused to listen to me telling that he will first check with the cabin crew member and he made me to sit at aisle side. First airhosttess confimed that A is window but he is not willing to take that, and then he called a second cabin crew member. Meanwhile I was sitting at aisle side waiting for some aircraft crew to come as I now wanted to have that person thrown out from the my seat. Suddenly one gentleman came and asked me if I can exchange my seat with his as his wife is sitting other side of aisle where I have occupied the seat of the person who was forcefully sitting on my window seat. I told this gentleman that this isn't my seat and it's the other person's, as I was pretty confident that I will be sitting back to my A labelled seat. This gentleman called the air hostess requesting for some help and meanwhile I just checked if he got a window or aisle. He said his number is 1F but he doesn't know what's that... Bull's eye it was Window and that too of club class... The moment airhostess came I offered my seat where I was sitting, to this gentleman in exchange of 1F. Wow... Business class... I now wanted to thank this guy who has taken my seat... But I just smiled sarcastically... Thanked him for being the reason to get a business class transport from Indore to Hyderabad. The moment I fell down on my 1F seat the airhostess came with a refresher drink. I waited for few seconds and picked watermellon one. :)

Friend's Group

So I have three friend groups in Hyderabad!

Ok

oflate understood that it's easy to make friends but hard to retain them. I have enough friends to keep myself occupied with them all the time over weekends... even at times, I run out for time.

I have 3 circles, and all of them are close enough to give due respect and time. It's very hard to manage these groups at times as circle has different priorities. It's very difficult even to get them togther as the lifestyle is different.

Managing these 3 groups is becoming difficult day by day. Who to give more time, and who to give less. Who to say yes, and who to say no.

Some things !

Somethings in life shouldn't be more !

It shdn't be more that you get bored. There are some feeling that are enjoyed till you are craving for them. As the craving goes off the fun evaporates.

Life should have fun but with every burned desired the new need to come, and if it is taken care well and let it be alive... Fun remains always !!!

Have the wondeful moments living :) dnt kill the feel.

Women !

I always feel 'a woman is a catalyst in man's life'. She has huge part to play. She can make or break a man... She is the reason for success or failure.

Finding a woman for you is a difficult task. You have to see many things for yourself and for the lady also. Learned that, it doesn't matter how good is the gurl who you met but how well we will go along in future.

I met a couple of gurl... Some are just too good and they have their own dreams. Some gurls even if you like you can't choose them because you know that you dnt want to kill someones dream just to achieve yours. Everyone has the right to live their life and follow their dreams...

But a woman has always a larger role to play... For me she is the center of the family. She can with her abilities make the things better or spoil it also. I am so confused when I have to choose a gurl for me... Jst the same wavelength is not enough and there is no perfect selection also.

It's confusing and confusing and confusing !

I suspect, things will not be the way I want to be in future.

The sucess formula

There is no formula for success but yes there are tricks. Oflate I was just thinking how the conflict between 2 people can help to get the things in place. I feel that 'the difference in opinion with open minds' can make a big difference.

This can make the team more logical, creative and productive. Most important of all is 'open mind'.

As the saying goes 'minds are like parachute, they work better when they are open'. :)

Office Respect

I have alwasy noticed myself getting irritated with the illogical talk of the people. Sometime it's fine but I really feel bad when I see myself getting pissed off with the people who are elder than me and I just go wild on them.

I got to control, I am yet to be more emotionally self controlled, or control my emotions well. I have already traveled a long way but I still see a long way to go.

I will be praticing this going forward, and this aint jst in office I sometime behalf same at home also.

Overall I have many areas to improve but let me start from this.
