Mahabalipuram... the trip

Back from Mahabalipuram, and I would say "I loved the place"... may be it's because I love visiting historical places. Tamilnadu is full of such places, I am just not exploring it. Though the terror of swine flu is not yet discounted by the people and media, however this time just din't want to accept any crap against the trip. I would be loading the snaps soon on my Facebook and Orkut account to gain the envy of the connections... lol :)

Overall the trip was fantastic, and the terrible overnight stay added more fun to it. Now we are back, and next is Globus... one of the favourite shopping point for us as it keeps throwing discounts and we love to fritter away the monthly monetary gains from our beloved company to respect the bumper sales going on anywhere in the city... we are actually encouraging it, so no shopping without sale...!!! :)

Mr. Prabhat Gupta and Mr. Avinash kumar is also joining me for the same... and would love to make them to buy something.

So it's time now... have to start...!!!

Introspection

Was just thinking last time if I am really busy. Y'day I did introspection and today discovered, I am actually not. I am actually slow... I am actually not efficient... I am actually running my mind in various direction and end up getting nothing but with the original idea of doing things.

What I like about myself is that, I love to think... but most of the time it slips to day dreaming... I start from A, and proceeds toward E... but wind up with Z.... ha ha ha... what a comedy. Now there is no remedy for this... one possible solution is to do get more projects, and fix a fixed deadline. Hope this will work. As when time is constraint we generally do what is required, and will definitely not beat around the bush...!!!

Anyway that's all about the benefits of beating around the bush.... errrrr... introspection.... :)

Busying or Buzzing ?

Days are going very tight, very busy and off course very hectic. Work is piling up and up with more and more responsibilities. I am getting into what we call "rate race". My brain is storming with my own ideas and exertion. It looks I am using my brain for too many things at the same time... and yes, I started forgetting things... which is the sign of aging... ha ha ha :)

Fortunately got some time today to contribute something to my Tick Tick Tick page... though it is tough to make this a complete reflection of my real life profile but finding quite difficult to do that... as we all know... certain things are very personal and not to be shared with and in public.

Working late has become a habit for me... I am hardly coming back home before 9 pm these days... love to be busy but not late... have to rework on my employability strategies. Let's see what comes out...!!!
But the question is, I am busying or just buzzing...???
ha ha ha :) Life is drollery...!!!

Friday Rocks

Friday seems to be the most happening day of the week, as we expect a lot from it. Generally from the very first hour of Friday in the office we start planning for the night bash and bang, which we generally never miss and make it a point. Beer is generally an integral part of the Friday evening and that's why Benjamin Franklin said once that "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy".

After a long week, with lots of mental exercises, working late in the office, being busy from morning till evening that no time or consciousness to even drink water which is kept right in front of us on our desks, Friday with Friends and Beer appears quite relaxing. It sets the mood for weekend and yes makes us to forget all the work and the tension we have been doing and taking this week at least till Monday.

Friday once again turned blue with the same stuffs and yes we did enjoy the time yesterday.

Chennai started raining

A most unorganized Sunday just passed by, got up really late for office but was ready to start on-time. The moment I stepped out of house the clouds were pouring the droplets mercilessly. Aww or Awe... but yeh... great to see Chennai sky full of black clouds quench the dry land.

I am still sitting at home near to my window giving a most clear view of the Clouds and Rain with my Coffee mug... sipping and thinking on how I gonna buy my rain-coat to avoid any such instances in future.

I started for office little late after thinking "no-other-go-but-to-take-the-raining-roads". I was fully drenched by the time I reached half-way and had to come back. Just kept my cloths under the full speed of fan so that it can atleast be dried as soon as possible. Now I am just waiting... n' I am surely thinking about me and my decision of not buying the raincoat. Do I also behave like the Indian Govt. i.e in a very reactive mode. Today when I experienced rain... I am planning to buy a rain coat, what I was doing all these while? Well, I believe, I am my biggest self critics.

I have requested my boss to grant me half day off, but yet to get a reply on the same. I think, I should start as early as possible. Because of this rain... I am not even able to get auto... Don't know what to do.... to hell with all.

Swine, Quake, Tsunami

The City is in great danger... H1N1 has just started spreading but adding to it city felt the tremor of the earthquake this morning at around 2 am followed by the tsunami warning from the govt. Life is becoming quite valuable here... if nothing, Chennai is at least asking us to evaluate the worth of life which is greatly under-estimated.

I havn't felt any quake this morning... it is when I was working out at gym, I suddenly saw the TV with some earthquake clips. I checked and found that it's from Japan, but when reached office then only came to know about the unattended quiver of last night or early morning. OMG... where to run man... I am really frightened with all these nature's attacks on mankind.

We still don't give much importance to our natural resources, now it's nature's time to return the favor.

Sunday n' Monday - boon n' bane

Y'day was a fun Sunday... after a long time, It was a evening with the newly married Mr and Mrs Jha from Ranchi, the city of Dhoni, and the party was thrown to the much awaiting bachelor and non-bachelor fellow ex-MBA classmates including some new friends. I would say the food was awesome and enjoyed the night with full fun and bang.

Today morning when I checked the newspaper, I lost all my previous night celebration hangover as it reminded me of the H1N1 spread across the country, Now Chennai is turning bad. Again our govt. is showing their reactive attitude towards this broke out. Don't know when will these politician going to learn. By today evening the toll has trespassed 6 people across the country and Chennai came across it's first victim, a 4 yr little guy.

Despite of the fact that the globe is making big hue and cry about the H1N1 outbreak, our health ministry managed to establish 18 Swine flu test centers in the country, the country which stands 2nd in terms of the population.

Now just have to see what tomorrow is going to get for us and the country...!!!

I am Drunk

I am drunk and thinking a lot... I don't know what to do to keep me thinking away from my life. Well I just love to go through the blogs of some of the people whose blog I follow. It's pretty dumb to think in life about the life I am actually living. Am I a successful guy or an ass like some of the most failed people. I actually don't know about me even, reasonably bummer with these ideas which are knocking my head.
For everybody success is different... what is success for me may not be success for somebody else, what is bad for me not necessary be bad for others... Hey I gonna write a lot now... I am pissed off with helluva things in life but yeh life is still good for me... I am better than many in millions and love to be better than those....!!!
N' I am not a palmy guy... as I am not following my dreams religiously... I am just fooling around... I am cheating myself.... I am a gull...!!!!

Saturday is good for something

Ask me what I do on Saturdays if I am on off... he he he... I oversleep...!!! Not a great deal guys.. it's very easy. Don't get up in the morning as you usually get up for office or college, just ignore your mobile alarum, exit it very first time otherwise it will bug with continuous snoozes. Get up araam se... take bath and have your heavy breakfast then sleep... get up again in 2 Hrs time and take ur heavy lunch, go into your bed and plug your ipod with some sweet soft music and sleep... get up again in two hrs.. do some bakwaas stuff in the evening like... roaming around, chatting with people around, window shopping, eating chat or panipoori and yeh... don't forget to write a blog like this...!!!

Ha ha ha... this is wat I have done today to make my day productive...
Why don't you try it on some Saturday...???

Day dreaming in the office

Can you actually trust me.. I am writing this blog from office. Not much work today and got some time to engage for my self and it's really good that the boss is not around otherwise I will be fired for nothing. Today's friday, and yeh I am day dreaming about my weekend. Though I never do anything significant in my weekends however my favourit is to weave the fantasies with open eyes. Often I start making castles in the air as soon as I have nothing to do or sometimes even while working too. He man... Kaam karte karte break to banta hai naa... (after all Break is required while you are working).
Well Yeh, I was talking about Friday, I am expecting some dipso at home today to fuddle and yes without any reasons. Wow... what a great life is this bachelorhood. Let me enjoy this till I have the power to take my own decisions.

Honking is dangerous than Smoking

Honking... Honking... Honking... These honkers... bloody people... who without any reason keep hooting with their f'ing pestering horn in the traffic jam don't ever understand the annoyance it causes to the people. If you are also a big time honker... then u too is an idiot.

I can resist anything in traffic... standing there for hours but just can't bear the hooting of these bungholes. No common sense guys...!!!

Some people just enjoy poking to people with their pee pee poo poo and specially the power horns. SOme people take helluva pride in possessing the Pressure Horn which creates unnecessary pressure in the brain. Indian Bikers are the biggest culprit in this... and they will never learn the lesson... that's for sure....!!!
